When I contacted support, your useless AI bot couldn’t understand the issue or its urgency. it simply raised a ticket and left me hanging. No proper response. No update. No accountability.

I’m a corporate account holder, and this is the kind of service you provide for a critical medical requirement? This is not a food delivery or shopping order this is healthcare.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Escalate this immediately and explain why a critical medical appointment was jeopardized because of your failure.

2️⃣ Another came with a different number plate & insisted I take it.
