@airindia I had booked a flight from Bom-YVR in 2021 via a travel portal and I am still awaiting the refund as the flight was cancelled. It’s been more then 2 years. How much longer???? The travel portal says Air India has not processed the refund yet..

@CanRevAgency I have checked everything, nothing requested and I have called you guys 3 times now including today and the replies are random with no defined timeline on when things would be resolved. I am extremely frustrated with the vague replies.
