The worst customer care ever. They dont even know what’s happening to an account. On a call for 1hr39 minutes jumping from one person to another like 7. Plan change request and no idea on the modem connection etc… crap!!!

@TataSky Asper your customer care, I did the subscription with a miscall. I told them the outgoing is barred on that number. Then they changed the statement and said, it was done by app or Website. Both are wrong, this is pure looting. Totally frustrated. #shameTatasky
