BREAKING: KEJRIWAL TO CONTINUE AS DELHI CM. Delhi HC dismissed the PIL to remove Kejriwal from the post of CM of Delhi. Hindu Sena filed the PIL, citing his arrest in the liquor scam case. But, the court said that it’s Kejriwal's “personal call” to continue as the CM or not.

The Court cleared that it CANNOT decide the matter and it is upto the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi or the President to take a call on the issue. The petitioners are free to reach out to the LG or the President on the issues. The petitioners, then withdrew the plea.
