Not really, the day journalist started to come out to talk about Slot it was almost confirmed he will be sacked.

Hiring Arne Slot was the correct decision. He won a league title. You can try and frame it however you want but he won a league title.

Keeping him for the season after failing to land a permanent replacement instead of getting an interim was not the wrong decision. We may not have deserved it but we got CL for next season which was the only goal after the turn of the year.

And firing him is the correct decision.
