@airindia I had a flight from Toronto to Delhi on Nov 17, flight number AI 188.
It was supposed to fly at 11:35 AM but it got delayed till 6:45 PM and then finally got cancelled.
After that, the entire Air India team disappeared from the scene with no resolution.

@airindia @airindia Mr. Kulkarni was the floor manager at YYZ and he fled from there as soon as the flight got cancelled without answering any of our concerns.
Mr. Mukesh was the floor supervisor when I called air india support and he disconnected my call.

@airindia @RNTata2000 @TataCompanies Extremely unpleasent experience of flight AI188 Nov 17 from YYZ to Delhi. 11:55AM flight gets delayed till 6:45PM and then gets cancelled. Your airport staff disappeared from the scene with no answer. Extremly unprofessional
