@AOSmithin Either get it fixed today or please pick it up from my home so I can install a new one. Atleast I wonโt have to follow up with people to drink clean water.
@AOSmithin I have been raising concerns for my newly installed AO smith water purifier which is not working and we are buying drinking water since two days. I would create a campaign to boycott buying your product at any cost.
@AOSmithin you are the worst customer centric brand I have ever dealt with in my life. Your area manager, level 1 and 2 managers do not pick up phones at all and I have to continuously call the customer support number where again I do not get any good response
@mysleepwell We purchased Nexa Classic mattresses one week back thinking they would be the best. To our experience, we are not able to sleep for those two weeks and keep waking up every hour. Iโm writing this in the middle of night to get a worthy response. Refund or exchange!
@AmazonHelp But the order was never cancelled from my side right. You were the ones who cancel it. Your delivery boy didn't turn around and rather cancelled the order. If I didn't do it, it should be your responsibility to track how it got done and revert to me rather than mew following up.
