When someone leaves their body, their light and love remain in the world like echoes. But sometimes they also leave behind pain, not because they meant to, but because life is layered and not every story ends in peace.

This pain can feel like a knot in your energy field, a memory that has not yet found its way back to coherence. It may feel heavy, confusing, or even sharp. But just as light transforms, so can pain.

Pain can be honored, felt, and gently unwound through presence and compassion. In that unwinding, the knot becomes a thread, and that thread can be woven into new innerstanding, new connection, and new peace.

In the end, all that remains is unconditional love, without distortion, that holds all fragments together, and the field to which all returns. ✨

When a man lets you see his tenderness, his vulnerability, he is stepping out of the conditioning that told him not to be these things.

If he is met with dismissal, emotional withdrawal, it reinforces it is not safe to be open.

If he is met with presence, warmth, gentleness. His nervous system can relax. Love becomes real.

I can also speak on this as a woman. This goes both ways. I experienced a very dark childhood, very much like what is being brought into public awareness currently. It took me well into my adult years to speak on this, to allow myself to be vulnerable. I have a few times. I know people want to believe they can hold a space for it, but it can be very dark, very painful for people to even hear. I hear it in their breathing, their pauses and their temporary distance. I don’t fault them, but it does bring up shame.

We say we want a healed Patriarchy & Matriarchy. The only way this is possible is when each can lower their armor without fear of withdrawal, rejection, dismissal or condemnation.

So when someone is genuinely opening themselves to you, meet them with care. The armor will fall away, and love becomes strong enough to hold you both in that space.

Imagine being an elderly amputee and getting tasered & pepper sprayed BC he was sat in a wheelchair brandishing a BUTTER knife.

I could've sorted that out in 20 mins. He wasn't DX with Dementia but it's standard behaviour.
