Now i had another call with airtel customer care and they said that the request has been cancelled. I was not informed regarding the cancellation and have no updates. This is utter ignorance @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia

Plz look into the matter urgently since the request as per graphics is pending since long. The services of your esteemed company is prompt but the lackadaisical attitude of local engineer is cause of concern. Plz direct him.
