4. Phone calls
5. Overthinking
6. Environmental Noise, and more!

So, how can you tackle these distractions?

1. Plan Your Day Ahead

Always prepare and plan your day in advance, scheduling your tasks in order of urgency.

By doing this, you’ll be fully aware of what’s next after completing a task. Rushing your planning can lead to distractions.

2. Choose Calming Music

Listening to music at work isn’t necessarily bad, but chaotic music can disrupt your workflow.

Opt for calming music that keeps you on track and helps you relax.

3. Use Do Not Disturb (DND)

Neighbors or flatmates can contribute to distractions. Noise from their spaces can shift your focus from your work.

Try to find a quiet area to enhance your productivity.

5. Free Your Mind

Stay calm and try to let go of anxieties while working. Overthinking can hinder your performance or lead to mistakes. Focus your mind on the task at hand.
