India has used Harqat ul Mujahideen organisation to assassinate 18 Kashmiri and Sikhs in Pakistan. She further says India does not realise why Afghanistan Taliban's Harkat Ul Mujahideen is taking small amout of 10 million dollars to eliminate competing groups of Kashmiri militants . In long run India will find it difficult to control Kashmiri Militants once their control switches from Pakistan to Afghanistan based Taliban. Taliban is doing India's dirty work because it wants to take over Kashmiri Jihad from Pakistan and put it under direct Afghanistan control.
