Since May this year, I have been devoted to reading one or two books a week thanks to Spotify premium. By December 31st 2026, I will post the number of books I have successfully read to challenge my 2027 target. Will see how that goes😤
The reactions of the UK's main political parties to the Home Office announcement is everything you need to know about Britain today.
Hardworking families who are net contributors to the system are now caught in the middle of British political battles.
This is why we must fix home.
Nigeria must be great again!
Major cheat code for life: Assume good things are still ahead. You are not behind. You are not too late. You are not disqualified by your past. One new season can change the entire story. Keep showing up with belief. The best chapters are often written after the hardest ones.
KENYA! EAST AFRICA! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!!!
See you on Sunday. For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge the Glory of the Lord as the waters covers the sea.
@BukkyOA Go and borrow strength from the future and work from the future. I will continue to run with this everyday. You can now pass the offering basket as church has come to an end. Selah
You will get into trouble for these things, especially in the West.
It may not be a big deal back home, but you will lose that job if you do not pay attention.
1 - Commenting on someone’s body.
Saying “You’re fat” or “You’ve added weight” can humiliate a colleague, even if you mean it as a casual observation. You have no business commenting on how someone looks.
2 - Making racial jokes or generalisations.
Turning someone’s race or nationality into a punchline can amount to harassment, even when you think you’re just being funny.
3 - Mocking people’s accents.
Copying how a colleague speaks for laughs can be racial harassment. It is not a harmless banter.
4- Making sexual jokes.
Sex jokes, comments about someone’s body or who they might be sleeping with can constitute sexual harassment.
5 - Touching without permission.
An unwanted hug or other physical contact can cross personal boundaries and, depending on the circumstances, constitute harassment.
6 - Questioning someone’s sexuality.
Asking intrusive questions about a colleague’s sex life or making jokes about their sexual orientation can amount to harassment.
7 - Ridiculing religious beliefs.
Mocking someone’s faith or humiliating them for having no religious belief can cross the line into harassment.
8 - Making sexist assumptions.
Comments such as “Women aren’t suited to leadership” or “That’s a woman’s job” can contribute to a degrading workplace environment.
9 - Humiliating people publicly.
Insulting a colleague or repeatedly belittling their competence in front of others can be workplace bullying.
10- Sharing offensive content in work chats.
Sending racist memes, sexual images or humiliating jokes through workplace messaging can still constitute harassment.
Just mind your business.
GLOBAL DAY OF FAVOUR!
I sensed this in my spirit. Heaven is declaring today as a global day of Favour…
