People around me & our Police personnel told me the same thing - snatching and stealing is normal in that area. Everyday someone or other has to go through this. Someone like me with the phone, someone with their handbag and someone outside the ATM with cash.

I ran towards the Policeman and told him about the incident. I was told I should have been careful. It was a everyday incident there.

While I was booking an Uber, two men on a bike rushed towards me, pushed me, snatched my phone and ran away. I was standing numb and was traumatised.

It was 3.30 PM and a busy street. I could see auto drivers, general public and a Police personnel @DelhiPolice standing 100 steps away. A normal day and a normal routine, what was not normal, was the incident that happened with me.
