@SamsungHelpUK That doesn’t help. Speak to that team is like speaking to an AI bot that is stuck in a loop. Any other ideas? At this point the only viable path seems to be going to the small claims court?
@SamsungHelpUK AWFUL customer service. Purchased a TV in Sept 2024, it stopped working in Oct 2024. Totally unrepairable TV as confirmed by the Samsung engineer yet I am tangled in a nonsensical process whereby no efforts to make a replacement have been made.
@SamsungHelpUK@DeborahHonig - going through an AWFUL experience with @SamsungUK. Despite continuous chasing no efforts have been made to resolve a ‘damaged on arrival’ order.
@SamsungUK - I bought a tv from you directly 8 weeks ago and it stopped working. 2 engineers have been sent - both of who have said it’s not repairable. Contacting the customer support centre is a joke. Is the only way to get this resolved to go to trading standards or court?
@British_Airways - care to explain why checking in at terminal 5 was awful yesterday. Sit on the plane waiting for bags to be loaded only to land on the other side to be told the bags haven’t arrived?? No wonder the airline is being taken over by everyone else.

I also spoke to an old BA pilot and apparently they are instructed to take off as close as possible to the scheduled time (with or without bags) so that they don’t get fined for missing the take off slot. If true. That’s appalling.
@British_Airways In all honesty. That’s pretty useless. Not your fault - but it is BAs at large. My two kids are in tears as their holiday is being ruined / wasted now going shopping rather than fulfilling its purpose. The website crashing is effectively the straw breaking the camels back

Can safely say I won’t travel BA out if choice again and will absolutely be making sure that everyone I know does the same.

@googlenest my nest thermostat says that it is heating up the house - but the radiators aren’t heating up. Problems only be here for the last few days. Hot water is working fine. Anything you can do to help?
