In a 2011 study, 1 in 3 conflicts slipped past git: clean merge, then a failed build or test.

I wrote 4 checks for parallel Claude Code and Codex branches.

What's the worst clean merge you've shipped? https://t.co/UkfKRVroZk

[Alim @alimwtf]

PR pairs from two different coding agents on one repo: 41.7% hit a merge conflict. Same agent twice: 19.8% (Xu et al., arXiv, July 2026).

How to run Claude Code and Codex on one repo, with tested commands.

a preview of AGI..😭

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

@the_akx no, AgenticFlict didn't control for PR age. they replayed each open or unmerged PR against its base branch, so how long it sat there isn't in the data. agentmash flags the overlap while the agents are still working, so we don't wait for a PR to get old

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

About 1 in 4 AI agent PRs hits a merge conflict with main

AgenticFlict checked 107K+ agent PRs against their base branch: 27.67% conflicted. Copilot 15%. Claude Code 26%. Codex 32% https://t.co/fCtr3M5HuU

i had 12 Claude agents running in parallel for 6 hours and i managed to reverse engineer @supabase

@aksenHQ across five agents, Codex, Copilot, Devin, Cursor and Claude Code, with Codex being most of the sample. by agent it goes from about 70% human for Devin to 99% for Codex. catching that overlap before a human has to clean it up is the whole point of agentmash

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

humans resolved 96.1% of the conflicting merges in 12,299 ai-written PRs

the agent opens the PR. you clean up after it

i wrote a script that finds your own conflicted merges and who fixed them, plus 3 ways to make it cheaper. https://t.co/CgNqr0XW58

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

love the fast intern framing. in the AgenticFlict data smaller PRs did conflict a lot less, about 10% for tiny diffs and close to 30% by 25 lines, branch age wasn't measured. agentmash flags the overlap while both agents are still working, so you hear about it before the branch gets old

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

@aksenHQ that number's from the AgenticFlict study, they replayed each open or unmerged PR against its base branch. agentmash warns you before the conflict even happens, while the agents are still working, so even a long-lived PR gets flagged early

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

@AlexChhk yep, in our tests two devs' agents touching the same code ended up conflicting most of the time. agentmash already catches it and tells you which teammate's agent is on the same file

[Damir I @iskakovdev]

@harden_369741 yep, that's the pattern. agentmash already flags overlapping agent work during the day, so you hear about it before the merge instead of in the evening

[Alim @alimwtf]

every developer on your team runs an AI agent. none of them can see the others.

agentmash fixes that:
- your agent is warned before it edits a file a teammate's agent is changing
- see what every agent is doing, live
- ask a teammate's agent. nothing runs until they approve

If you run more than one coding agent, each one keeps its own rules, skills and MCP config.

Here's how to put Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini on one setup, then connect all of them to agentmash.
