@WestJet Hello. They charged me $231 for Air Passenger Duty on an upgrade i made. This made the amount too expensive. I agreed to the $454 but not a total of $686. Please either cancel my upgrade or refund the $231 Duty. My friend had an upgrade and did not pay Duty.
