@JoClapding@newlook@hm I've started asking before I purchase who the seller uses as a courier and if they say Evri, I go elsewhere or I instruct not to send via Evri, my parcels consistently get delayed or lost
@mnine1 the emails from their chatbot Claire that are absolutely useless. Four times within a month. The reality is the couriers don't want to deliver large package so they sit in the depot, and whomever manages it does F**k all about it.
@mnine1 how frustrating, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've had this with the last 4 parcels I've had delivered by them. The parcels make it all the way to the Isle of Wight then magically get lost once they reach the local delivery depot. What makes it even more frustrating are
@chlooelouu I agree I've had parcels they apparently had since the 28th May and I still haven't received them and now gotten the parcel is lost email. I'm so fed up with them. I requested a refund from the sellers. Any seller using them I'm not supporting. Too many times.
@pepperfroth@SmartdollLand Great question as I was also going to ask about uncut/cut bodies as I have a cocoa frame waiting for a body. Danny could you give some guidance to what sort of price point consumers can expect for the body shells?
@SmartdollLand Danny, is this along the lines of the simplified kits you used to sell? Is the idea to also have the guys offered as kits, or is it just the girls for now?
@InternetH0F I would've smacked the hell out of that girl, made her apologize to her grandparents and clean that mess up. This is unacceptable and when kids get like that, it needs to be nipped in the bud immediately. For those against disciplining children, this is the result.
