⚠️ Hornsey Street RRC now reopened ⚠️
Following a fire that closed the site on Monday and Tuesday this week, we are pleased to say the Hornsey Street Reuse and Recycling Centre in Islington has now reopened. The site will open for its normal operating hours (8am-8pm weekdays, 8.30am-8pm Sundays).
Thanks very much for your patience as we worked to fix the damage.
Update: the fire brigade attended and the situation is now under control. The Reuse and Recycling Centre is currently closed. You can check when it's open again on our website.
⚠️There is currently a fire at the Islington Waste and Recycling Centre (Hornsey Street, N7). The site has been safely evacuated and emergency services are on scene. Please avoid the area while the incident is being dealt with.
