Dear @SabithaindraTRS Madum,

We are not getting water from our daily water supply line since 3 months in Yerrakunt main road opposite Al Saud Baith Al madni, Beside Tayab Dayani's water filter and we informed this to Ward 12 member Hassan and still the issue is not resolved.

@ACTFibernet Why no one is ready to fix this in one go. After every couple of weeks I’m facing the connectivity issue and you guys take 4-7 days to get this fixed waste of time money. If you don’t have man power then don’t expand your bandwidth

@ACTFibernet Don’t send this default templates provide proper information of what is going on and why is it taking so much time to fix to have an better understanding of why its taking so much time. You app doesn’t give any proper information of the what is happening with the ticket.

@mygroclub Don’t buy their products their service is very slow. I raised a ticket for repair its been more than 3 days no visit to fix it. Only delivery is in time and within 8 days Chain got very loose.
