🇨🇳🇨🇺🇺🇸 URGENT | China simulates wars in the Caribbean: Cuba at the center of military exercises revealed by CCTV.

China's state television (CCTV) broadcast a report on a war simulation exercise (wargaming) conducted by the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in Xuchang, Henan province. In the images shown, maps and virtual scenarios appeared that included the Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico, the coasts of Cuba and Mexico, as well as others such as Taiwan and the Sea of Okhotsk.

- On the screens, "blue" forces (conventionally the enemy, possibly representing the U.S.) were seen concentrated near Houston (Texas) and advancing toward the Gulf of Mexico.
- The "red" forces (China) were positioned in the Caribbean.
- Sources such as the South China Morning Post (SCMP), Daily Mail, and other international media interpreted it as a sign of China's growing global ambitions, since the PLA rarely publicly displays scenarios outside the Asia-Pacific region.

About Chinese bases in Cuba
- The U.S. has repeatedly warned (from 2023-2025) about signals intelligence (SIGINT) facilities in Cuba that could be operated or supported by China, to spy on U.S. military and civilian communications (bases in the southeastern U.S., maritime routes, etc.).
- Sites mentioned: Bejucal, Calabazar, Wajay, and El Salao, with antennas and structures that, according to satellite images from think tanks like CSIS, have been expanded.
- Cuba and China categorically deny it, stating that there are no Chinese military bases or agreements for them

🇧🇴 🚨 | El presidente de Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz, reveló que en sus primeros días de gestión descubrieron un desvío de fondos públicos que superaría los 15.000 millones de dólares durante el gobierno anterior de Luis Arce (MAS).

En conferencia de prensa el 16 de noviembre, el mandatario calificó el hallazgo como “una cloaca” de corrupción que, según sus palabras, “nos ha dejado sin dinero y nos han robado el futuro”. Paz adelantó que pronto se presentarán informes detallados y se iniciarán los procesos judiciales correspondientes contra los responsables.

🇺🇸 ACTUALIZACIÓN DE ÚLTIMO MINUTO: Tiroteo en el que un atacante estrelló un camión contra una iglesia, abrió fuego y prendió fuego a la iglesia | NIÑOS se encuentran entre las víctimas, según el tráfico de escáner, en la iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días en Grand Blanc, Michigan. Al menos 6-8 víctimas, y la iglesia SIGUE ardiendo a las 11:30 am CT. Se acaba de recuperar un IED del camión del tirador. El tirador ha sido neutralizado. Testigos presenciales le dicen al periodista Dave Bondy que el asaltante condujo un camión a través de la pared de la capilla, luego salió y comenzó a disparar en el vestíbulo. Se informa que dos de las víctimas son niños. Estamos a la espera de una conferencia de prensa.
