@AmazonHelp Desperately tweeting to wake up the Amazon India customer care. Ordered several items out of which 7 where stuffed inside a single box. Out of these seven items were dish washing liquids droppee with no extra packing. The liquid spills out damaging all other items.

... Clearly it's a problem of terrible packaging and customer care forcefully ended the last chat saying the packing was done correctly. Even the local grocery store folks would pack liquid items in separate bag, which Amazon India haven't heard of.

Copilot's gains are lost in PR review and QA which become the bottlenecks
