@B777200F Blr approach is severely crippled in the south because of proximity of voyk and vobg. Even normal weather deviations over the airfield quickly take the aircraft in HAL airspace necessitating coordination with them.

@B777200F Yes sometimes HAL doesn't descend despite giving them lower level because of their own traffic I guess. The only way is to tell your track mile requirement or when radar passes you your track miles, tell them you would need more.
