Both onsite assist and I witnessed of the fault happened to MOBO after KB instalment. @DellCares @Dell @DellServices

@DellCares is completely ignoring and denying the damage done by the new replacement in present of Dell Onsite Assist. This a corporate harassment for a loyal customer.
