@SPRenewables so what’s the comment on your inappropriate staff signing off subcontractors AND contractors work at your Suffolk project ? Digging deeper it seems that cash wasn’t the only thing in exchange for signed worksheets on this particular project! At cost to the end user?
@SPRenewables @MissGLT93 slightly out of order content on a live scottish Power new build site and fraternising with senior management and subcontractors would there be an alleged financial complication involved somewhere here 🤔🤔 #swingercouple for #signoffs obviously alledged
Maybe he can explain this brickwork problem then???? So….. loadings…. a brick is what 102mm wide take away 38mm leaving 64mm of load bearing on parts of this wall!!!! What are the Building regulations on workmanship?? 🤡🤡🤡 #cowboybuilders @Barrattplc @TheSun

Is this good practice on your “new build” properties??? @Redrow I’d say the the award ceremony is most likely the best of the worst #cowboybuilders screwing money out of first time buyers collaborating with the gov help to buy scheme ???? Correct me if I’m wrong ???
We're really excited to be shortlisted for @housebuildermag awards in the best customer satisfaction initiative for #MyRedrow, homeowner support and best training recruitment initiative for inspiring the next generation to build 🙌 Good luck to everyone involved! 😊
#Leeds site manager Michael has won his first @NHBC Pride in the Job Award! “A Pride in the Job award is massively important. It proves that when I hand over a home to customers it’s as good as it can possibly be." 👏 https://t.co/J6xYnTsMVT

@H_S_E But building sites can let dust often from recycled materials blow freely onsite and into the public domain what percentage of asbestos is acceptable in recycled material again????? @H_S_E all those trades breathing it in day in day out!!!
So what’s with the employers cutting wages? I have worked from home productively way before the pandemic, I think companies may find they are on unsteady ground and will lose staff and loyalty and even to the point of losing profit because of the F it attitude that’s being grown
@NHBC solution (on the left in blue ink) leaves the land drain fully enclosed in clay vs their standard (on the right) - a botched solution that does not improve the drainage and is non-compliant with their own standard! @RobertJenrickMP @chrispincher #cowboybuilders
I would like to add that a window on this very same “pile of rubble” (unfortunate owners comment” was moving its way out of the opening!! They only noticed when looking at the bricks and there son slammed the front door !!!!
Oh I have hundreds of pics of poor workmanship sent in from tradesmen which is deemed as acceptable by the @NHBC which is as said by a former NHBC inspector “conning the house buyer, you don’t see the half of it”
It would seem you have the same magnificent workmanship that we have with @BarrattHomes and if our house is anything to go by then the brick work is just the start, ours is not the dream we were promised but a nightmare that’s never ending
