The reason huge write-offs happen is bec banks give loans to faaltus mostly on recco of ministers. And the write-off is as good as BAD-DEBT. Banks dont recover more than 13-20% of such amts.. Its a FRAUD on Taxpayers who have to refinance such banks.. @nsitharaman @NarendraModi
