I got a call from axis bank regarding the offer on loan so I requested only the EMI details. Your employee sent me a link and asked for an OTP without explaining that it would authorize loan disbursement. I contacted customer care within minutes.

@AxisBankSupport This matter is regarding a loan that was processed based on misleading/incomplete information provided to me by the concerned Axis Bank employee. I have already clearly explained the circumstances and the financial loss/inconvenience caused to me.
