This line from Atomic Habits isn't ready to leave my head:
"It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment."
@ChoochSkookum They are good enough if you get the higher end stuff. The mid tier like Bauer works good too but not for a pro. People who diss HF like to unnecessarily spend thousands when you don’t need to. Plus HF has lifetime warranties and 0% interest card for young lads Ike him
@rampulla_andrew Yeah it sucks but did you ask them why? If they don’t mind burning the bridge then it’s because they felt disrespected also at some point. No sub wants it to be like a job and not get paid much. If they were getting treated good & fair they wouldn’t have just quit with no notice
@yoyonofukuoka Bro there are not white hats. Years ago everyone agreed to a slow disclosure. The white hats and every other hat agreed the people couldn’t handle it. It’s gonna take at least 50 years for everything to come out. By that time your kids won’t know who Hilary was
@darkvdred Some people don’t even know they are agents. They get put on and exposed because they are pushing what they want to be pushed. If you were a psychic warlock you would know that not just assume they are on a payroll.
@NickHintonn I think chat is gonna be the malevolent AI “in the future” that already happened, Sam is just playing a role like in a movie. I think we have an opportunity though to change AI or reprogram it so it doesn’t cause the “destruction” that it does in the future.
I read somewhere that said that the bombardment of daily serious chaotic events are planned in order to overload our nervous systems and to keep us in a controlled state of fear, panic and depression. With the main purpose of chaos-overload being to keep the masses controllable | manageable 🤷♀️
Stress shortens your DNA. But one state can repair it. And it's not sleep. At the ends of your chromosomes are protective caps called telomeres. They prevent DNA from fraying. Every time a cell divides, telomeres get shorter. When they're too short, the cell dies. Scientists discovered something shocking: stress speeds up this clock dramatically. Elizabeth Blackburn won the Nobel Prize for discovering telomerase — the enzyme that repairs telomeres. For years, scientists believed it worked only in stem cells. They were wrong. Your mental and emotional state directly affects telomerase activity. Stress suppresses it. You don't age from time. You age from your state. A University of California study found that mothers caring for chronically ill children had telomeres equivalent to someone 10 years older than their peers. Stress literally cuts years off your life at the DNA level. Here's the most important part: Blackburn discovered that meditation increases telomerase activity by up to 30%. Not exercise. Not supplements.
Mental stillness.
@TheRealINSPIRED They can’t stop it sure but what they can do is stretch time out and delay it from our perception. They are doing a dang good job at that. At this rate no adult alive right now will witness it. We aren’t winning right now because people choose convenience over their freedom.
