After 2 days of using this laptop bag it's now damaged. When we tried to avail of the warranty the staff said we are already past the 7 day replacement sincd it was the 10th day already.

@eastwestbanker please action my request. I have been calling a lot of times to cancel my card. Someone confirmed cancellation and I still got the bill showing an annual charge! Better act on this. It has been 3 months since I cancelled my card.
