@TPEassist What do you mean you can’t find a time tabled journey for this? I have proof of the ticket which was provided and a screenshot of my timetable being cancelled. Absolute joke trying to get this refund back for a train I was never able to board?
@TPEassist As you have been unable to help as a train service provider I will be taking this further. Unexplainable how you expect a lone woman to travel late at night with no info on when trains were going to start running again.
@TPEassist This isn’t flexibility at all. I have one choice when I have already made the decision to leave based on all above points which i think is reasonable and valid for this to be reviewed. My ticket was purchased from trainpal. Absolutely no care for customers at all
@TPEassist Furthermore to this, when requesting a refund for my CANCELLED train, i am not able to receive a refund because my train is apparently still active? how does any of this make sense
@TPEassist when services would be more reliable after the incident had cleared.
I understand that disruptions can happen, but I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility shown here. Other operators, such as LNER, are allowing tickets to be used at a later time under these circumstances
@TPEassist As a lone woman, I did not feel comfortable waiting at the train station late at night without any clear indication of when trains would be running. Given the uncertainty and the situation at the time, I felt it was safer to leave and travel in the morning instead.
@TPExpressTrains I was meant to get the 19.43 train to manchester, but everything has been cancelled due to disruption in Durham - can i use my ticket for tomorrow?
@JagexAsh hi my account was hacked and I got banned for an offence that’s apparently unappealable (macro botting) but it wasn’t me !!! How do I sort this I am very sad ☹️
