In the States, "no-knock warrants" are under scrutiny and in Canada our version is "dynamic entry." The procedure is pretty much the same -- battering ram entry, distraction devices. The difference in Canada is they don't need to be approved by a judge.

Taking the needed precautions now so we can go back to the gym safely eventually is worth it in my opinion, rather that it constantly having to open then shut down once more. #SOCI341
