@the_gingerdaddy Hi Christian! We just double checked your account and it does appear that your student's downloads are available in your account. When we are at the height of our busy season it does take some time for images to render (occasionally up to 36 hours as stated in our email.

@Hammer716 Hi Robert. Our photographers attempt to capture the best image possible of each student. This includes encouraging them to smile. We ask each school to have a teacher or volunteer present to assist with hair and clothing issues.
