@greateranglia @NetworkRailLST just been discriminated against on the way home, just like many other times. Have hidden mental disability. Ask to use the large gate to get to overground platform. GA man refused and kept questioning me saying he can’t see anything 1/4

Why is he gatekeeping the big gate, literally? It’s meant for people with all disabilities isn’t it? Not the first time it’s happened either. 4/4

Where can I raise this complaint because taking the train is difficult enough with my mental issues and GA staff clearly lack awareness and training on hidden disabilities. 3/4
