@ajschwab @drupalassoc We are not talking about a small increase in price. Tickets last year cost $450, now $900. Last year was for 3 days, now it is only for 2. For us Canadians that's an increase of $600. DrupalCon is a time where community member can come together, now DA is excluding people.

@ajschwab @drupalassoc Yes they do, they oversea DrupalCon North America. Yes, they do a lot more then DrupalCon, but I cannot give money an organization that chooses to be greedy (as NA DrupalCon is very profitable) and gouges its members and community to attend the annual event.

@drupalassoc just did the math and you have increase drupalcon ticket price 265%. And it now cost 300% more to buy a ticket 5 months before the event.
450 = 3 day event vs 894 = 2 days
