@qatarairways @qrsupport what about the flights from Phuket? Why can't you reroute passengers onto the flights out of BKK? I have family stuck in Phuket.

@AusAmbBKK And highly recommend Ken's Cafe in Suratthani, one of the first cafes where we had flat whitee, and Barramundi and chips back in 2019.

@AusAmbBKK Always awesome to meet Thai baristas and cafe owners who studied in Australia! I know I'm going to get a great flat white! We met "X" at Chanlom Cafe near Phattalung yesterday, he had studied in Sydney. I also met "Rambo" at Balance Cafe on Koh Phangan. Both great cafes.

@qrsupport The queue was so long. I sat at the side for 90+ minutes, expecting it would get better. It didn't. In the end I walked over and noticed they had opened a separate (shorter) queue for my flight. Poorly organised.

Flight was good, awesome crew ⭐

@qrsupport endless queue for the past 2 hours at BKK. You offer online check in and self bag tag, but there is no "fast bag drop counter" for those who want to "travel hassle-free" (offered on your website and self check in machines).

@qrsupport Thanks for your reply. I understand automated bag drop isn't always an option. But a
separate queue would be nice for customers who have done online check in, printed boarding passes and baggage tags at the airport.

@zanrowe We had to suffer those CD’s on our first roadtrip from Bangkok to Samui (older car didn’t have Bluetooth). That’s also when we found out that Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant did a duet? Thankfully we had Bluetooth when we drove down last month.

@RichardBarrow @ThaiTrainGuide I’ve travelled from Suratthani (Punphin station) to Penang (return), and also Singapore to Suratthani up the east coast of Malaysia. Stopped for a couple of nights in Taman Negara National park. Both trips where 15-20 years ago. Be good to hear how it’s changed. Happy travels
