I hate seeing a calm person in a toxic relationship and slowly lose themself.
They start to get aggressive and argumentative because of the constant manipulations, lies, and emotional abuse.
Never stay in a toxic relationship; it ruins you, and it brings out the worst in you.
I saw a video of a pastor saying his wife always wanted to be a doctor and even planned to travel abroad to further her education. In the end, she never travelled, but he laughed and said,
“She’s a doctor now, just that she got her certificate in Egbeda.” And he laughed
What’s funny there, exactly? He even said, “Travel abroad while married to me? Never,” and he clearly made sure of that.
Some of you are really settling for your enemies. Having a partner who doesn’t support your growth is one of the biggest setbacks you can accept in life.
My staff saw a very different side of me this week!
They never knew I know how to actually make small chops. They thought I was just using social media to get clients but I didn’t know how to make it.
I surprised them like mad this week. 🤣🤣 when orders choke, I carried one carton of chicken and grilled by myself. Thereafter I rolled spring rolls and samosas, fried puff puff and mosa all while wearing my suit and high heeled shoes 🤣🤣.
They were looking at me. Shocked to their bones that madam can actually do the work? 🤣🤣🤣
Why will i not know how to do it and just be doing madam? How will I guarantee quality? See these people oh 😭😭
@EmotionsDoctor@sam_adeyemi God is so real and mindful of us.
Isaiah 49:16- Behold I have engraved you on the palms of my hands, your walls are continually before me. ( one of my favorite bible verses).
4 years ago, Dr. @sam_adeyemi made this tweet about me. I had just finished having a vulnerable conversation with God in my room that ended with the words "Please mention my name where it matters". This was after I lost a deal that day because I chose not to compromise. An hour after, Dr Sam, a man I hadn't met, posted this, and tagged me.
When we finally met, I asked him what happened, his detailed explanation ended with "God instructed me to".
Anytime I am in a funk, and I remember how God sent his son whom I had never met to recommend me ❤️.
I remember that he knows my name, and he can mention my name.
Thank you, Dr. Sam Adeyemi for being the man that you are, sir.

I’ve read a lot of interesting stories in the last few days about the “most unhinged thing” people have done to get ahead.
But before you feel pressured to match that energy, pause.
There’s something you need to learn.
The real game-changer isn’t the risks, it’s that people have built an unshakeable foundation of self-regard. Not by arrogance or fake confidence, but a genuine conviction in their worth and perspective.
When you truly believe you deserve something and belong in certain places, everything changes. But this level of confidence is built from competence.
With competence, you are able to recognize that your experience, perspective, and insights carry weight, and you can communicate this clearly.
Before you jump straight into big moves, focus on filling your own cup first. Build competence. Sharpen your skills. Expand your knowledge. Improve your work ethics. That’s what will keep you steady when the opportunity finally arrives.
Just because March dump will be too late.

Hey @VusiThembekwayo
I was listening to ‘Ideas that matter’ where you spoke about leveraging the network of acquaintances as we grow in our careers.
While I know I’m not an acquaintance of yours (yet), this is me shooting my shot as someone who’s followed your work for almost
I genuinely pray you meet your own person.
I don’t want you loving hard and it seems like you’re doing too much.
I want you to experience the kind of love you give.
It’s a beautiful feeling.
