@aviidgad @SamsungUS Similar problem. Had a delivery scheduled yesterday, but nobody showed or proactively communicated. Spent over an hour on the chat. Kept getting new personnel who I had to reexplain everything to. Today they called to cancel my order and rescheduled for after Christmas. Awesome.

There must be something inherent in the fermentation process that makes this significantly more complex with NA beers? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Odd experience at the @TCBY - North Charleston Outlets last night (9pm on a Fri night). 7 out of 10 machines were empty (4 of 8 ice creams out as well). No explanations attempted. Watched the joy fade from the many bewildered customers faces as they wandered in and out.
