@Nurse_Robie @chymaker It’s more about the process being a lot of work and time required that people don’t get the time to sit and talk about it. There’s tuition, lessons for drama, music, sports etc a whole lot. First experience was attending a fair organised for schools.

Hmm, this is false, divorce in the England and Wales no longer requires one party to prove wrongdoing, changed in April 2022. There is a no-fault divorce. If a couple are divorced and one spouse is on the others’ visa, they will then be removed. The party removed needs to find a new sponsor or route within the UKVI timeframe giving in the curtailment letter.
