@iah terminal C baggage claim is such hidden treasure! It’s an adventure every time! Nothing like getting back to Houston after a long day of travel and getting to deal with the slowest, incompetent people who couldn’t care less about doing a good job. Thanks! Been standing at baggage claim for over 30 minutes and the bags slowly arrive one by one. Then bags randomly arrive on different carousel. Doesn’t make any sense. And, this has happened multiple times. @united should demand this get fixed.
@iah Terminal C baggage claim is an awful experience. Waiting 40+ minutes for bags to arrive is a bit absurd. I travel through many larger and busier airports where baggage claim operates more smoothly. This has served as a great reminder why not to check bags.
