Tackling LGBTQIA+ unemployment in Brazil 🇧🇷

The LGBTQIA+ community in Brazil faces many challenges like violence, discrimination and bullying. Our Ambassador @italoalvesce co-founded @TODXSBrasil in 2016, an impact-driven enterprise that trains young LGBTQIA+ leaders through programmes and workshops.

Graduates from TODXS can either apply to be employed by corporations or get funding to start their businesses. With this model, the organisation has helped over 100 people start businesses, provided scholarships to complete school and impacted over 1.8 million people.
