There is no surcharge mentioned before but u add later. U charge for booking professional, then u charge a surcharge. U put my packs in standard eithout informing me. Assigned my prefered partners into gold. Absolutely senseless services @UC_Assist . U r looting customers

@urbancompany_UC @abhirajbhal They dont even allow scheduled booking now. Open slots at 9am and still dont have slots. It was smooth until they decided on changing their booking system. Now u cant choose ur preferred partner or the slots are never available. Thanks fr making me swtch back to regular maids.
