@7RIBEE yeah for sure that def does help! a big part for me is social anxiety around people, which stems from situations in the past that i’ve grown up with. took a lot of years of therapy and training myself, the main thing is focusing on breathing & staying calm, it does wonders.
@7RIBEE it gets rough at times, but i just push thru it to the best of my ability and focus on techniques that i’ve learned over the years to help ease whatever it is that makes me anxious :)
