Meh, it’s lawful for a passenger to decline providing their ID. It’s unlawful for anyone in a vehicle not to comply with exiting the vehicle when asked by an officer. This was aggressive, but those charges are going to stick. You gotta comply with a lawful order to exit the vehicle
