- Submit cross-chain intent to build a position (no liquidation has better UX with higher likelihood to trigger)

- store the data using IndexDB (browser)
- page re-visit would load the data and sync with newer
- a verifiable snapshot which is being pre-processed by the DAO/devs to speed up bootstrapping
