ブルガリアとルーマニアがシェンゲン協定に加盟し、加盟国は29カ国に。本日3月31日から欧州諸国は夏時間に移行し、航空国際線も夏ダイヤに。これに合わせたタイミングで両国の協定加盟が発効し、空路もしくは海路で出入国する場合の審査が廃止されます。移民問題で陸路の審査は継続されるそう。
