@NHSEngland I've just spoken to a lovely lady called Kath at the app centre in dewsbury regarding rearranging my elderly mums cataract app. Kath was so empathetic to our needs & even took the time to tell me to get well soon as I was ill. Plse ensure her manager is made aware Ty.

@HMRCcustomers if my old emp' was meant to pay me a final salary £1.2k in Feb for jans hrs but incorrectly underpaid me then paid me what they owed Mar' but it was still short so paid the remainder apr so it's affected 3mths of my uc instead of just 1. How can this be rectified?

@HMRCcustomers I'm asking why the nhs deducted 20% off my pension refund when I asked why they said it's the law & to contact HMRC so hear I am.

@HMRCcustomers if I've been refunded my pension payments from the nhs as it was set up in error for the 6mths I worked there but they've deducted £120 tax and told me to contact HMRC. Am I entitled to a refund of that as I've not earned over my personal allowance? Tia
