The All India Muslim Personal Law Board and all Muslim organisations have repeatedly clarified that they will never allow manipulate and usurpof Waqf properties. The Waqf Amendment Bill 2024 has been completely rejected by Muslims. The government should not test the patience of Muslims and should refrain from leading the country toward autocracy. The attempt to seize minority properties is sheer oppression, which no justice-loving people can accept. We regret that the NDA’s allied parties have failed to uphold their responsibilities and supported the BJP's communal agenda. We appeal to the secular opposition parties to unite and strongly oppose this bill if it is presented in the Parliament. We demand that the government to withdraw this controversial amendment bill and retain the previous law. Otherwise, Muslims will have no option but to come on the street. To save Waqf properties, we will use all democratic and constitutional means, including a nationwide agitation movement. If neededwe may come on the streets or go to jail for this cause, we will not hesitate to do so. The government will be responsible for the resulting situation.

वक़्फ़ संशोधन बिल भारत के धर्म निरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांतों के खिलाफ है और भारतीय संविधान का स्वरूप 12 से 35 मे मौजूद बुनियादी अधिकारों का उनलंघन करता है। साथ ही यह बिल 25 करोड़ से ज्यादा अल्पसंखियांक नागरिको के भावनाओ को कष्ट देने के बराबर है। अर्थात हम इसे पूरी तरह अस्वीकार करते हैं और सरकार से तुरंत वापस ल��ने की मांग करते हैं।

@socialepfo @LabourMinistry Illness advance pf got rejected reasoning attach bank passbook, had attached valid bank statement. Out of 2 persons, for one it got settled and for 1 it got rejected. Both had bank statement attached. Please clarify your rules here
