1. If neurofeedback was used to provide positive feedback as brain signal complexity increased, do you think that would lead to a meditative state?
2. Any thoughts on how a non-dual practice like dzogchen might have a different effect?
@Sauers_ we know we are not conscious when sleeping or under anesthesia. there are still action potentials in these states. however other measures of global activity like complexity are reduced. suggests it’s about global coordination not any particular neuron.
