There's a science to creating art and there's an art to practicing science.
Neither is more important, because we need one to survive, and the other to want to.
STEM and the arts are so often pitted against each other nowadays. It would seem nonsensical to Leonardo da Vinci, who was both an artist and an engineer. We need science to improve life, and art to give meaning to it. Itโs a partnership, not a war.
If a couple is not ready to have :
- a gay kid ๐ณ๏ธโ๐
- a trans kid ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ
- a disabled kid ๐ธ
- a non-religious kid โ๏ธ
- or a kid whoโs different in general ๐
Then they should NEVER have kids โ๐ป
if youโre a sensitive woman, you better involve yourself in charity work or helping/working with children. pour all your love and nurturing into the poor, the weak, and children. itโs better than feeling motherly toward evil people just because you see the child in them.
People keep saying, โIf youโre not ready for a disabled child, youโre not ready for parenthood,โ and then get mad when women make that exact decision by having an abortion
When people say "I'd do anything for my child," everyone praises them, but when a parent risks crossing a border to save their child from war, poverty, or danger, suddenly they're treated like criminals.
