छह जून 2011 का श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का भाषण देश के हर नागरिक को सुनना चाहिए, जिसमें वे कहते हैं कि अगर उनके हाथ बंधे न होते, तो वे केन्द्र सरकार के विरुद्ध लड़ाई छेड़ देते। यह अराजकता की पराकाष्ठा थी। इसके बाद 20 दिसंबर 2013 को श्री मोदी ने कहा कि जनता केन्द्र सरकार को सत्ता से उखाड़ फेंकने के लिए आक्रामक हो रही है। यूपीए सरकार के खिलाफ ऐसे भड़काऊ बयान देने वाले श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और उनकी सरकार आज विपक्ष और युवाओं के लोकतांत्रिक आंदोलन पर अराजकता का आरोप लगा रहे हैं।

एसआईआर में हुई अनियमितताओं और मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त श्री ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग उठाने वाले विपक्ष के सवालों से लेकर युवाओं की आवाज तक, भाजपा हर मुद्दे पर बौखलाई हुई है। गलती स्वीकार कर देश के सामने स्थिति साफ करने की जगह भाजपा नेता विपक्ष और युवाओं पर हमले करने में लगे हैं। लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से सत्ता परिवर्तन की बात करना साजिश नहीं, जनता का संवैधानिक अधिकार है।

2014 से पहले लोकपाल पर अन्ना हजारे का आंदोलन, कालाधन पर बाबा रामदेव का आंदोलन, 2जी और कोलगेट जैसे मुद्दों के नाम पर सड़कों पर आंदोलन किए गए और दिल्ली में लाखों की भीड़ जुटाई गई। आज न अन्ना हजारे के लोकपाल का पता है और न ही कालाधन पर रामदेव बोल रहे हैं। 2जी और कोलेगेट जैसे आरोपों को अदालत ने खारिज कर दिया।

इन सब बातों को आधार बनाकर 2014 से पहले क्या श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और अन्य भाजपा नेता बदलाव की मांग नहीं कर रहे थे? तब वह लोकतंत्र था और आज वही मांग अराजकता हो गई? देश का युवा अपने रोजगार, भविष्य और अधिकारों पर सवाल पूछ रहा है। उसकी आवाज को अराजकता कहना उसकी चिंताओं का अपमान है। जिस विचारधारा से भाजपा आती है, उसे शायद यह समझ ही नहीं आता कि असहमति का सम्मान ही लोकतंत्र का मूल आधार है।

जो सवाल विपक्ष उठा रहा है, वही सवाल देश के करोड़ों नागरिकों के मन में भी हैं। चुनाव आयोग की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल हों और लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं से जनता का भरोसा डगमगा रहा हो, तब जवाब देने की जगह सवाल पूछने वालों पर ही आरोप मढ़ना भाजपा की घबराहट दिखाता है।
