@kralfrey@CQUGradResearch @CQUni Excellent. I am pleased to hear that. Sorry you missed the end of the session as I did discuss your menu scrips getting finished so I’m glad you absorbed it by osmosis. Not that you need me to tell you these days!
This is what great supervisors do…they recognise that learning is about building the person along with building the knowledge. There is so much room for doubt during the the isolation of the PhD
I love a good visual metaphor. In today’s supervision meeting my student was doubting her progress. So I got out some of my plants to show her how she’s doing (where I’m pointing), vs how she feels like she’s doing. #phdchat
Wonderful working with this group this morning. So many great questions about writing. One of my favourites tips “you can’t think yourself out of a writing block, you have to write yourself out of a thinking block”
We are now ready to "Turbocharge our writing" after Maria has given us some amazing tips. Thank you
@ithinkwell and @ritamcmorrow the chair of SPCR for organising.
What was your favourite tip? @jianrong_zhang@fitrimurry @Amy_x_Coe @molzywellington @ShakiraMilton

@BronwynHemsley And so hard when it is a family member. I just can’t understand how they have become like this (well I can - algorithms!). But how do they fall for it - psychologist tearing hair out!!!
